   Derived from Chatham in Kent, this term can be applied to British sub-culture whatever their individual ethnic background, with a built-in affinity to hip-hop/R&B. They are identified by knock-off clothing urban inspired clothing and use of street-slang, and ‘Bling’.

   Chavs culture are perceived as amoral, having never been subjected to right and wrong by their inattentive, uncaring and often absent parents.

   Ali G is an example.

   Hey Crank just a quite note…
   The couple in Episode’s first appeared in a show called Green wing.
   All the shoes can be found on Hulu for free.

   It’s kind of an obserdist Medical show that’s much more about the interactions of the characters.
   Also because it is limited series there is an over arching storyline and things do change over time.

   Let us know what you think when you get a chance to watch it all.
