Crankcast Week 234 – 20100401
the man, the myth, the Mayor of Flint!
This week on an episode of the Crankcast that’s not fooling anyone…Mike’s still in the studio and Marshall Dillon joins us. Marshall was also on exactly one year ago. I think we have a new April 1st tradition. Here’s a couple of links to things we talked about on the show: Marshall’s pledge page for his cancer walk and Josh Emmon’s new comic, Verum Corpus.

I didn’t know about Traverse City!!!
Me and Krystle have been plotting to hit all the MI cons since we never seem to have time or money to go out of state. (I was invited to be a speaker at C2E2 and then my roof decided that it had it’s own agenda)
And I would be so happy to meet Skottie Young. (Actually I’d be standing in the background pointing and fangirling, and consider that good enough.)
Traverse City actually has a really nice Japanese Garden if I am not mistaken. They have an authentic tea house and the women there perform a tea ceremony. I went there as a student in high school a long time ago.
And closet-toilets are common in downtown. They use to take the older houses (since they were 2 story) and divide them up into apartments, so they HAD to have a secondary toilet somewhere. A lot of the houses Aaron and I looked at before we bought ours had mysterious closet toilets or closet showers.
