Hey, some of us have made a choice to not have cable, not have an antenna. I only turn on my tv to watch a DVD. Why? Because most of what’s on television is shit and commercials. I agree with Crank, that the ones who went to see Meet the Spartans aren’t those of us without television, but those who watch too much television.

Rambo was awesome, and I’m saddened by America’s choice at the box office as well. Although I do feel it succeeded in it’s statements on the goings on in Burma. I left being thankful that I’m not in a third world country and that I don’t have to worry about the atrocities that those people must deal with.
I agree with G. Noel Gross, Taber. Stop reading what Rotten Tomatoes thinks about movies. These are the same people that go see Meet the Spartans!
I agree with Taber on most of his picks, too. I thought Hot Rod was severely under appreciated. Also as it stands right now, No Country For Old Men is the most haunting movie I think I saw from last year. I find myself still thinking about it and how it ended.
I love you.

A discussion of Ben Foster’s insanity and no mention of Hostage?

Hello Chris and Mike. I have a question for each of you. Chris; if you could remake any b movie (with an endless budget) what would you pick? Mike what book at marvel would you like to draw (and or) redesign?

Hey guys, I just wanted to give you some more fuel for the fire. Looks like Warrior is now doing ‘video podcasts’ and talking about stuff. Here’s the link:

what was the Hotrod releated website Taber said to go look at?
February 4th, 2008 at 10:55 am
http://www.thelonelyisland.com/
This consists of all the shorts that the Hot Rod crew did for Channel 101 and their failed (but hilarious) pilot for FOX called Awesometown. I recommend watching both versions, as the differences are pretty jarring.

I loved Rambo. It was the perfect blend of the first movie, with the action of the other two. I think people forget sometimes that in the first movie, he didn’t kill anyone! Only one person dies in the movie, and Rambo never intended for him to die. The next two movies were the ones where Rambo became the action hero to which all others are gauged. They finally took all the great story elements of the first, and added in the brutality of the other two. It was epic.
