When I was in university, I had a friend that worked at a smokehouse. Someone had brought in a deer and wanted it turned into jerky, but bailed on the bill. So we ended up with a whole lotta meat. :)

I actually don’t think I’ve eaten meat other than pig, cow, chicken or turkey. I sorta think I tried a bit of lamb once.
