Black BieberOne’s old and the other’s a robot.

Crank! is so getting paid by Team Bones. Maybe Mike needs to draw some comic strips about Bones.

  2. Thomas Says:

    Welcome to 2011!

Yes, Santa is from Finland, not the North Pole. Rovaniemi is the place people come to from all over the world to meet him.

  3. @jibajaw Says:

Bones: Season 6 is currently being broadcasted, the cabaret episode Crank refers to is the last episode of Season 4 and is called “The End in the Beginning” for those playing at home.

  4. Henrik J Says:

Thomas clearly made a spelling error, everyone knows that Santa lives in Greenland!

Btw. the podcast seems to work on iPhone now, best christmas present ever!

  5. crank! Says:

    Mike hates Bones.

I think Thomas and Henrik are about to scrap ‘They Live’ style.

I have problems remembering which season is which in Bones.

Good to hear the show is working on iDevices again.

    Thanks for tuning in,
    crank!

    awesome episode!

what else can crank bring up that will make mike mad… maybe “make it or break it”

  7. erroll Says:

Is anybody watching Vampire Diaries? If you can get past the first couple of episodes it gets really good, with major plot progression in each episode. It’s worth watching just as a comparison to shows like V and Stargate Universe (the first season) where nothing really happens (maybe an example of decompressed story telling).

The Vampire Diaries books came out 14 years before the Twilight books so it’s not copying that.

And just for the record I hate vampires, they are lame and completely over done, just like wolverine.

Anyways give it a try, even just as an intellectual exersize. I’ve never seen so much plot progression done so fast in any other series.

i asked this at thecomicforums.com in a dcu online thread – “chris crank from the crankcast podcast said something on their last episode, and the other guys really liked it… the different servers should be named earth 1, earth 2, and so on. does anyone actually playing the current live final version tell the rest of us what the servers are named?”

    and got this response:

“They are named after story arcs.

    At Launch:

    PVP PC
    Death and Glory
    Public Enemies

    PvE PC
    Darkness Falls
    Brave New World
    Zero Hour
    Virtue and Vice
    New Frontier

    PVP PS3
    No Man’s Land
    The Killing Joke

    PvE PS3
    Crisis
    Count down
    Birthright
    Justice
    Redemption

I believe they added 2 new PVP servers yesterday, but I don’t know their names.”

@erroll I did watch the first couple of eps of Vampire Diaries and I couldn’t take any more…just not my thing.

@luckymustard thanks for the info, at least they did something fun with it.
